The Ivy League project was built around an idea: effortless elegance. The development needed visuals that could convey exclusivity without excess, and refinement without noise. Lumi Digital Design was commissioned to visualise the full experience and to build guidance materials that would support every design decision along the way.

Interiors Designed to Be Felt, Not Just Seen

Inside, the palette leaned toward layered neutrals, tactile finishes, and quietly luxurious details. We created visuals that captured not just layout, but feeling. Spaces that invite, comfort and impress in equal measure. From entrance halls to private lounges, each image gave a clear view of how these spaces live and breathe.
